Shipping policy

Your confirmation of any order indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions of Rho Virgin Hair.

We’re a small, independent business creating all units in house, so please allow up to 1-3 working days for products marked as ready to ship – to be dispatched (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please wait for these working days to be up before expecting to receive your shipping email & tracking number.

Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Orders are delivered to you using one of our couriers: royal mail, parcelforce, fedex or DHL.

If an item doesn’t arrive within the expected time frame please allow an extra 7 working days and contact us.

We are not responsible for any courier delays.

– if you experience late delivery, delayed parcel or missed delivery this will not be accepted as a basis for refund.

All risk of loss / damage to the products in your order passes to you when we dispatch your order from our premises.

We are not liable for any errors made by these mailing companies. In order to avoid/ minimise this occurrence we advise you go for the express shipping option as you track your parcel until it gets delivered to you . 

Wigs: Please allow 14 working days for units to be constructed, customised and up to 7 working days to be shipped.
