Refund/Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL , please ensure you review your order thoroughly before placing it . If you have any questions in regards to the item you want to purchase please email us and we will try our best to answer all of your queries.

**Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.**

We take pride in ensuring that we maintain a high level of quality control by making sure our luxury wigs are fresh, new and customized only for you. 

Due to hygiene and to maintain this high level of service, we are unable to offer refunds if the unit has been worn/used, manipulated from its original style ,or tampered with. The only exemption to this is if we send you a faulty or wrong order - these are eligible for a full refund or exchange, and apply to non sale items.

When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving  your order .  The item you are returning  must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, untampered and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you and instructions on how and where to send your package. When we receive your package we will start processing a refund within 14 days.

The cost of postage would be your own responsibility and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

If you made a mistake with your order please notify us immediately or within 24 hours of making payment for us to reverse this . After production is started we will not be able to cancel your order.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind . All sales are final and we will only consider a refund/exchange if the item you received is defective ( please notify us within 14 days or else only an exchange can be offered after this.)

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund , please contact us at hairbyrho@hotmail.com. If you made payment though Clearpay , then you will have to contact them directly.

European Union and International 14 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or an International country , you have the same rights as stated above  to return your order within 14 days if you receive a faulty or misdescribed item. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
